As the Co-Founder and President of Crimson Capital Partners, Mr. Antonio Wallace is responsible for conducting the search for suitable acquisition targets and will subsequently play a key role in the management and growth of the acquired companies. He is supported by an experienced group of investors and individuals with over 100 years of operations experience across various industries.
Mr. Wallace has spent the past 15 years working in the banking industry. In 1995, he began his career with JP Morgan Securities in New York as an Investment Banking Analyst. In 2002, post-graduate school, he joined Banc of America Securities in Washington, DC as an Investment Banking Associate. Transaction assignments while at both firms included general advisory assignments that led to sell-side, buy-side, leveraged buyout, and restructuring advice. Mr. Wallace also worked on capital-raising assignments that encompassed recapitalizations, public and private equity offerings, and public and private debt offerings.
In 2004, Mr. Wallace joined Wells Fargo's Business Banking Division as a Relationship Manager. His primary responsibilities included marketing and selling all credit and non-credit products to companies with revenues between $3 million and $20 million. In 2007, Mr. Wallace accepted a similar role in Wells Fargo's Commercial Banking Division in Charlotte, NC, where he was responsible for serving privately held companies with revenues between $20 million and $500 million.
His banking experience spans an extensive range of industry areas, including significant work in the general industrial, business services, consumer, healthcare, technology, energy, telecom, media, government, education and not for profit sectors.
Mr. Wallace earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with distinction (Summa Cum Laude) from Morehouse College, where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and was elected Phi Beta Kappa his junior year.
